These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Antoinette Aesthetics website (“Website”) and all services provided (“Services”). By accessing the Website or booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Antoinette Aesthetics offers non-medical skincare, facial treatments, scalp and hair rejuvenation services, and cosmetic body treatments.

Are cosmetic in nature
Do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
Do not substitute for medical care
Produce varying results depending on individual factors

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By scheduling or receiving services, the client warrants that:

All personal and skin-related information provided is accurate
They do not have undisclosed allergies, conditions, or sensitivities
They will follow pre-care and aftercare instructions
They understand that services are cosmetic, not medical

Failure to disclose information may result in adverse reactions.

3. APPOINTMENT POLICIES

3.1 Booking

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, text, or website form.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse appointment requests.

3.2 Cancellations / No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the scheduled service.

3.3 Late Arrivals

Arrival more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may shorten your service or require rescheduling.
Full fees may still apply.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time services are rendered
We accept approved payment methods (cash, credit, etc.)
Product sales are final
Service fees are non-refundable

Chargebacks filed without valid cause may result in suspension of service and legal recovery of funds.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While Antoinette Aesthetics provides high-quality aesthetic services, individual results may vary due to:

Skin type
Lifestyle
Age
Genetics
Aftercare compliance

We make no express or implied guarantees regarding results or outcomes.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under California and U.S. law:

Antoinette Aesthetics is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or allergies
We are not responsible for damages, losses, or claims arising from use—or inability to use—services or the website
Liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service rendered

Clients assume full responsibility for their personal health when receiving cosmetic treatments.

7. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

Copy or reproduce content without permission
Tamper with or disrupt the Website
Attempt to access information without authorization
Use the Website for illegal or harmful purposes

All content, graphics, logos, and text are protected under U.S. copyright law.
